Separating food waste is a positive climate action
National Food Waste Recycling Week 2022 runs from the 30th May until the 6th June. During this week we aim to encourage everyone to recycle food waste by providing practical advice along with hints and tips on how easy it is to recycle and get everyone involved.
We will be giving away some bags of compost produced in our compost facility in Co. Meath.
This is a positive circular economy outcome of collections from Thorntons customers' food waste bins.
