            Planning your routes and daily schedule (working with other drivers to schedule the best service)
            Clean and tidy appearance as working in many environments i.e. Hosp./offices
            On-site inductions and Garda vetting for several sites.

            Driving company vehicles to customer sites.
            Maintaining company van.
            Removal of shredding materials from sites into shredding vehicles (heavy lifting of bags/bins)

            Job Specification

            Principal Objective of Position:
            To promote and improve the company’s culture and policies in relation to Environmental compliance and to assist with Health and Safety Compliance. To ensure that the company keeps records and procedures up to date and provides advice and guidance to management on best practice.

            Job Specification
            Essential:
            1. Have a science or engineering degree/diploma.
            2. Previous experience in similar Environmental compliance role. 2 years or more desirable.

            5. Full Driving License and your own vehicle.

            Desirable:

            Principal Objective of Position:

            Responsibilities: 
            1. Providing Health and Safety advice to Management and colleagues.
            2. Renewing company safety statement, risk assessments & procedures.
            3. Carry out spot checks of existing practices on sites and on the collection fleet from an EHS perspective.
            4. Maintaining the company ISO45001 standard and supporting the ISO Environmental (14001) and Quality (9001) standards
            5. Investigating accidents/incidents, ensuring all documents are collated before reporting accidents findings to Management.  Management of in house Accident Reporting App and Web Portal.
            6. Reporting of relevant accidents to the HSA.
            7. Carrying out internal compliance audits with line with current EHS Legislation and best industry practice.
            8. Assist with carrying out staff training with operational managers. Documenting standard operating procedures and carrying out training on procedures via toolbox talks.
            9. Updating site safety signage as necessary.
            10. Liaise with other Departments to increase awareness about Health and Safety.
            11. Ensuring third party provider paperwork is updated on file and that they are made aware of each site safety rules.
            12. Producing Monthly and Annual Health and Safety reports using recognised KPI’s.
            13. Managing the company vaccination, occupational dust, occupational noise programmes, VDU assessments and fire drills.
            14. Assist with providing cover for Environmental staff when necessary.
            15. Any other relevant EH&S tasks as requested by EHS Manager.

            Job Specification:
            Minimum of 3 years relevant H&S experience in a similar role.
            Health & Safety qualification, Degree or Diploma level.
            Full driving License and own car.

            Remuneration range: 
            Negotiable - dependent upon relevant experience and qualifications and proven ability of competence.
