Happy Birthday to our charity partners LauraLynn, Irelands Childrens Hospice! Today marks 10 years since they opened their doors in Leopardstown, Dublin 18!
We partied with the charity and some famous faces yesterday, Sunday the 26th of September, via live stream. Jennifer Zamparelli hosted the joyous event and interviewed volunteers, sponsors, ambassadors and employees. Ray Darcy spoke passionately about the impact of Jane and Brendan’s story of their beautiful girls, Laura and Lynn, on The Late Late Show in 2011. Jane and Brendan later unveiled the new memorial garden and sculpture tree designed by the talented students in DCU.
The virtual but interactive party involved singing and performances from volunteers. A very special guest, Bosco also made an appearance!!
CEO, Kerry McLaverty spoke about some of her favourite moments throughout the decade, speaking very highly of one event, in particular, the Oscars. She mentioned how they replicate the event for families and allow them to create their own short movie and present them with the A-List red carpet treatment!
