Today marks the 52nd anniversary of 'World Earth Day'.
This year's theme is all about investing in our planet. This is the moment to change it all. Now is the time for the unstoppable courage to preserve and protect our health, our families, our livelihoods… together, we must Invest In Our Planet.
And while there is still time to solve the climate crisis time to choose BOTH a prosperous and sustainable future and time to restore nature and build a healthy planet for our children and their children, and time is short.
What Will You Do?
We have teamed up with our local Community Garden and their bags of spinach leaves for local Super Valu stores. The contents of your brown bin are collected and processed into compost that is then made available to farmers and community groups, like this one. This circular economy process is highly sustainable, producing healthy, locally grown produce providing an #AllTogetherBetter future.
